Every custom compounded batch of engineering plastic granules undergoes rigorous in-house thermal and tensile testing. We guarantee absolute batch-to-batch consistency for high-stress automotive and electrical components.

Our technical engineering team analyzes and matches melt flow index, tensile strength, and mechanical properties to your exact molding parameters. Fill out the technical request below to initiate custom compounding calibration.

For physical molding trials, select the sample request option. We ship calibrated trial batches of PA6, PA6 GF30 Black, or PA6 Natural directly to your facility.

Our laboratory verifies moisture control, ash content, and mechanical tolerances before dispatch. If a batch deviates from your specified tolerance, it does not ship.
